Scarlett Johansson is an American singer and actress born in the city of New York New York on November 22 in 1984. Her performances have earned her acclaim across a wide range of genres including the genres of period dramas, thrillers and action adventures. Johansson, born to an architect as well as producer, was born as a child in New York City. Hunter was twins with the younger sibling. When she was a child, she developed a passion for acting. She began making commercial auditions around the age seven. To enhance her abilities, she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan and then she attended the Professional Children's School. At age eight she appeared with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry, and at nine she made her film debut with Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995), her debut came in the form of Manny & Lo a coming of age movie about two sisters running away. The Horse Whisperer (1998), in which Johansson plays a teenaged girl with an ailment, was well-loved by critics. Then she was hailed as cynical teenager Rebecca in Ghost World. Smith got her first of many acting roles at the tender age of 6. She was a part of a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. Like many actresses who are new, she chose to develop her skills in theater. She took part in different projects within the USA while she was making her stage debut. She studied at an institution called the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory, part of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
